I tried reaching out to customer service, but the replies took way too long and didn’t really help much when they finally came through. It felt like I was just being passed around without anyone actually taking ownership of the issue...

I had one part end up on backorder and had no clue how that was going to play out, but they handled it perfectly. They emailed me with updates, kept me in the loop the whole time, and shipped it the second it came in. No hassle, no confusion, no drama whatsoever. I’m completely sure this is how backorders should be handled. Really happy with the service.

I had a small problem with my order because one of the items wasn’t the right one. I was annoyed at first, and the most frustrating part was having to wait a couple of days before getting a clear answer from Rose Passion.
